I am using movie edit pro plus 2021 (newest version) on a windows 10 operating system.

when using screen capture, it says "cannot connect to selected device". it also says i have selected a frame rate and resolution not supported by my computer. i have tried everything. it worked previously but now its nothing but problems. how do i correct this? I've done everything.
