Crash each time, i want to burn a DVD

I use Video deluxe 15 Premium on a vista pc.
Each time i want to burn a DVD, the application is crashing when performing the image disk or when creating the menu or the chapters...
I have enough diskspace, PLEASE HELP ME, i just do not know what to do...

Without knowing more info on your system, it's tough to guess. I'd suggest contacting official support - they could send you a diagnostic tool called Syscheck and hopefully figure out the problem:
