Createdxgifactory2 could not be located

I have an HP h8-1222 desktop with an intel i7-2600 and Windows 7 Home Premium. I was running Movie Edit 2021 Pro Premium and upgrading regularly without a problem until this last one. The 2022 version installed Nov 22 won't run at all. There is a "CreateDXGIFactory could not be located error". I have uninstalled as per the support instructions including deleting the hidden folders and reinstalled but the problem persists. I would like to revert to the previous version, how can this be done?

MEP 2022 does not run on Windows 7. Look at the specs page.

You will have to ask sales@magix.info You will a need a new activation code from them as well.
