I have been trying to create a waveform so i can cut music and match mix it but it's not letting me create a waveform. It did let me in the Pro x 5 demo version. Any answers?

When you say "...not letting me..." is there an error message or are you just not seeing any result? What version of MEP are you using? In more recent ones there is a right click on object menu entry to put 'Video/Audio on separate tracks'. With the tracks combined it might be hard to see the waveform if it is not very high. Note also, depending on your source clip, there are options to extract and display surround sound as three stereo tracks -- left, right, center, left rear, right rear, and bass.
