Yes you can create a movie and save / export in many different ways.

It all depends on what device you are going to play it on.

Eg for a computer a MP4 video file can be used - irrespective of the storage medium you use, for example,  you can put it on a  disc, copy to USB memory stick or stream from a website.

If you want chapters then you are going to have to create/burn an ISO image using the image recorder and then locate the DVD file structures created by MEP, copy these to a USB device, and play on a computer using for example VLC or WMP.
