cuts despite creating proxy files

hi! the problem is that it stutters even in the preview of the car, in addition, the program turns off itself .. of course in the least expected moment - classic :) my equipment is probably ok, i.e. lap top lenovo idea pad, inte core i7, 8GB RAM memory , DISK: SSD, CPU: 2.5-2.9 GHZ. I will be very grateful for any useful answer, best regards form Poland

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Stuttering in preview playback can have several causes, we need more information:

The laptop specification requires more detail, and we need the Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

A screen shot of the Program settings, Display options or Device options tab would help.

Download and install MediaInfo and analyse one of the original clips that shows the jerkiness and post the results, see this tutorial on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip for all the data required.

The amount of free space on the hard/SSD drive(s) you have.
