Cutting off end of tracks after normalization - Sound Forge Pro v14 Windows PC

What format are the source files and what format and preset are you saving or encoding to?. Are you using the Peak or RMS normalize? Is it cutting the end off immediately after normalization or after Save, Save as, or reopening.. I will try to duplicate the behavior.
