I paid the price to renew the annual support and with it came some freebies. Only two of the promised freebies did not happen. I did not receive the coupon (or I can't locate it) for the proDAD ReSpeedr 1.0. I got the serial number but they want a coupon number to activate it. Nor is the promised free Cinematic Moods - Remastered 3 in their in app store. I have written to support, got a ticket but no response whatsoever. I've always had a reply from name removed. Is it no longer working there? What do I do
