i buy online this application i installed and try to active the serial number but didn't work so what can i do

You say you bought MEP online, but exactly where from? From Magix or from another seller? Was the serial number in an email? if not, where did you find it?
Because there could be many reasons for the activation failure we really do need this additional information.

Yes mate i bought Amazon and i download online they send me a serial number and i try to active I follow all the steps and not working and thanks to o response mate
I register magix the email i register was Removed by Moderator you can check mate

It is important we know which version of the program you bought (include year of product please). and who sent you the serial number. Was it Amazon?

You should never post confidential data, like your email address and order or serial numbers to a public forum like this one. Hence i have edited your post above and removed the image of your order, since it also includes confidential information.

One other thing to note: these are user to user forums so no-one here works for Magix and no-one can check anything of your order history etc.
