Bought & activated the MPEG4 encoder for Movie Edit Pro 14 in Nov. 2009.  Things worked smoothly.  I am currently trying to work with files from a Samsung video camera which records in "MPEG-4 Movie (.MP4)" format.  I get no sound upon importing the files into MEP 14.   If I convert the file from MP4 to windows media things work, but I hate the idea of that additional step - especially because I purchased the encoder & it used to work.  None of the options under "help - activate additional functions" is available to me which I assume is because it has already been done.  Very confused & frustrated.  I'm wondering if some setting has been changes that is responsible for this issue.
