Does Movie Edit 2013 have a feature that can be selected to intuitively improve a video overall? Such as sharpening it, brightening, generall improvement with a one-touch intuitive button, or some kind?

Hi

If you mean a one click fixes everything - then the answer is no.

However there are global settings which you can use for the entire move see Effects, Effect settings movie for brightness, sharpness, colour and TV cropping.

Also if you make a series of adjustments to one clip you can save the settings for future use - I do this with my sportscam for snow scenes - I prefer to under expose slightly and then adjust later using a saved effect so as not to bleahc out the hihglights.
