Does not move the cursor to preview the video in Magix Movie Edit Pro 2015

Hello!
Preview the video in Magix Movie Edit Pro 2015 I have not moved the cursor on the pasteboard. How do I turn it moving?

Check if you have the Spacebar stops at current position option checked in the Program settings, Playback tab - if it is not checked then check it.

You should see a second cursor with no triangular head moving to the right from the current position of the timeline cursor as the video plays.

When you stop playback the timeline cursor will jump to the new stop position.

But the second cursor (without warning triangle) I did not have. How can it be included?
