Don´t works on my Pc

I buy MAGIX Audio Cleaning Lab 16 den 16 november 2018. Today I can´t open it. I deleted it and down load a new vesion from you homesida. Installedet it but it only happens that i shows for few sekunds and then go down. What shall I do get it to works. I use iy for musik in slideshows. I have your produkts sens 2002 and have no truobles before. Help me or rekommendid a nother of your programs to musicfiles for slideshows. My last sereal nuber: P

I think this has something to do with Windows 10. So maybe it will help if you change the compatibility mode to Windows 8 or Windows 7.
