double image on burned video track

im using MagiX pro 16 and currently has a problem with burning a dvd in ntsc format. it burns with a double image the sound track is fine. it also will not export as a mp4. any suggestions?

Check the following setting is set to Standard (2D)

An example screen shot of the project settings, burn settings and the resulting double image would also help if it is not the above.
