Welcome to the Magix user to user forums so not a contact for any Magix staff and personal data, like your email address, should never be posted to a public forum like this one. Hence I have edited your post.

From what you write I believe you have purchased MEP Premium 2022 and are trying to download it from the My products section of your Magix account, but the download is failing with an error message that the file is corrupted. Is that correct?

The file that you download from the Magix website is actually a "Download Manager" file which, when run, should go online to the Magix server and "collect" all the files needed for the installation, before actually installing them for you. Assuming you have that download manager, at what exact point does the process fail and produce the error message?

Mine is doing the same thing. I go to the Magix website, download my movie edit pro premium 2022. When I click the file to start the download and installation, it gives me the same error as described by the OP. It says the download file is corrupted. I have downloaded multiple times and restarted my computer. Nothing will get it past this. It gives me the installation screen first, then when I cancel, it gives me the "file is corrupted" message.

Hi

The second image would suggest that the Download Manager is installed however the full program file download has been stopped/blocked.

Try disabling your Antivirus/Firewall program temporarily, it may be blocking the installer or download.

Also check that the indicated Windows, Internet options are turned on as shown below:

I made sure my internet options were as you said. That did not help. Once I start the installation, it will reach the point where it says, "Loading (609.40 MB of 609.40 MB; 00:00:00)," and then it pops up the screen as shown above. I turned off Windows Defender, and it still quit at the same point. I have installed these programs on multiple computers over the years and never had this problem.

Hi.

Do you run a separate antivirus program like Avast? If so also try disabling that while downloading the program. There is one file round that download point that can give false positives for virus activity.

If that doesn't work try adding an exceptions folder where the program is to be installed. You should find that in the user interface of your antivirus program.

Ray.
