Do you still want to use Music Maker 2020 (version 28)? If not you can just download Music Maker 2021 (version 29) from https://www.magix.com/int/music/music-maker/?_oB=music-maker and enter your login data after you install and start the software. All your features, instruments and soundpools will be activated automatically. You just need to redownload them from the in-app-shop.
