downloading instrument package

Hi,

I just bought and installed the download version of MMM17 premium and while downloading the first giant instrument package it stopped at 97%. Now, I am just waiting and waiting and if I start the program again and try to install it won't show any progress? (windows 7)

I just downloaded mine, each stopped at 99% and moved to the next download, it took a few moments for it to move on to the next, but it did.
