Driver for Magix USB Video Capture Device

I want to use my Magix USB Video Capture Device but I don't have a driver for it. Where can I find it?

07/07/2025 Edit : the drivers page is no longer avaialble

Select the correct driver based on the colour of the device, however if you if it is marked K0065 or K0067, select the Premium driver.

Hello!

I was looking for the drivers to use my Magix USB red and white (USB 28286 Device) but cannot find them anywhere as this is too old... Do you have any idea of where I could find them? I no longer have the box of the USB, just the USB itself, so I cannot check for a serial number.

My computer is only recognizing it as a audio source.

Does the 'Videowandler', or something similar, appear in the software recording device options@

Windows should provide the correct driver, which should appear as USB 28286 in the softwares recording device selection dialog.

In Windows Device Manager locate and select the USB 28286 entry and see if the drivers are upto date, they may be dated 2013 or later, and see if there is an update for them. Windows can up date the driver

There are several web sites on the Internet that have the 28286 driver, eg Driver Scape.

I would suggest you install both 64 and 32 bit versions,.

Do check the downloads for viruses and malware before installing which is at your own risk.

Added:- also check in Windows settings, Privacy & Security under the Camera and Microphone options that the Let desktop apps access your camera/microphone are turned on.
