During installation MMM 2013 Premium I got error 1603 which not allow me to finish process.

Do you have any other software installed that uses Firebird SQL Server or are you installing MEP 2013 over the top of a previous version?

You can install different versions so long as you do not try to use the same installation folder. I have MEP 17, MX and 2013 installed, but each is installed in its default folder.
