After upgrading to WIN 10, can not burn DVD. Msg says I need DLLAV32.DLL, VERSION 6.1.124 or higher. MAGIX download says there are no updates for my program. Where can I get this file and can anyone suggest other fixes?

Unfortunately, apart from telling us the problem seems to have started since you upgraded to Win 10, you have given us no other information; it appears you are running MEP, but we have no idea which version and variant! Without such information any answer would be pure guess-work.
Please read this post, supplying ALL the information requested there, along with specifics about your DVD burner and information about whether you have ever been able to burn DVDs and any error messages you see.
