Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

Unfortunately, apart from telling us the problem seems to have started since you upgraded to Win 10, you have given us no other information; it appears you are running MEP, but we have no idea which version and variant! Without such information any answer would be pure guess-work.

Please read this post, supplying ALL the information requested there, along with specifics about your DVD burner and information about whether you have ever been able to burn DVDs and any error messages you see.
