Edit Pro 2014 plus crashes when I try to activate MPEG-4 online

When I try to drag a MOV file into Magix, I'm prompted to activate MPEG-4 Basic. Then ity all crashes and the program starst again.

Sounds like you do not have Quicktime installed - this is required for MOV files.
