Editing.. Howbto Question

So, I've been using Magix off and on for about 10-15 years. I have never figured out how to do this. Or even know if its possible. So... is it possible to attach an image to a video and have that image stick to the video throughout? LoL. That sounds confusing. I have a video of someone wearing a shirt with an inappropriate message. I want to blur it out and have it be blurred throughout the remaining video. Other times I have wanted to attach a title to a position in a video, like a car or something and have the title follow the car. Is this possible?

Hi Christopher.

All of the above can be done and done quite easily.

The first question you ask is using a technique called picture in picture and can be done using the size / position tool within Movie Edit Pro.

The second can be done with masks and third again done with a text object and right clicking the text object and selecting 'Attach to picture position in video'

In the Media section above this post you will find a lot of basic editing tutorials done by various members here on how to do basic editing.

It's also worth reading your pdf manual to get to grips with the terms used in the videos.
