Editing Music/object - arrows move the entire block of music and won't allow me to expand or extend the song to it's full content

I am unable to extend the length of a song within Movie Edit Pro Plus 2015.  I've used the program before - last year, but this time when I've dropped in the music it's setting it to a specific duration.  It won't let me pull it out when I click on the "object/song" it moves the entire block, it won't allow me to extend it.  It's the same problem for all 3 songs I've dropped in.  All 3 are the same duration and all 3 won't allow me to expand it.  Please advise if you have a solution! Thanks!

Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly.

Are you trying to extend a Soundpool loop or an external audio file?

Soundpool loops are made to simply repeat when you drag the right side out.

External audio files can't do this, as far as I know. You simply copy the object (Ctrl plus hold down left mouse button ) and place it after the original, or use copy and paste commands.
