This is my first question for 2014 and wish all of you a great year ahead.
Anyways my question is about the effects that have been used in the following clip.
If you note properly the picture is tinted and has some sudden flashes of lines and a sky.
Can someone assist me how was this achieved?

Is this similar to what you are looking for? I know it needs some fine tuning but I think conceptually this could be what you want.
