Effects, templates screen has disappeared

The screen beside where my graphics are has disappeared. The side where templates, effects and all that is, is totally black and I don't know how to get it back. I don't even know how it disappeared/ Please help! I have Movie Edit Pro 2022

Try typing "F9" on the keyboard

I got it. I had to re set the window arrangement.
