Elastic audio missing

Just trying to get some help on why the program I purchased does not include Elastic audio in the vocal effects section. I purchased Magix Music Maker 19 Plus Edition.

I think it's called Vocal Tune now. You'll find it by downloading the Plus FX module from "more features" in the store.
