encoding error

i dont know whats the problem. whenever i encode there's always error. i am told the close the program. earlier i was told to change file name. i did 10 times already. but still there's error. where's the problem?

What is the error?

As a test, load the demo file and try to export that out in the format you want, and if you still get an error, let us know.
