With the huge amount of information you have provided, We would normal consult my crystal ball to fill the gaps. Alas, our crystal ball is still in the workshop getting repaired.

Therefore, you are going to have to provide some more information.

Which program and Version and build number?
Which Operating system?
Exactly what does the error message say?

What have you tried so far?

Did you try putting Qt5GuiMx64Qt57.dll into the Find box in this forum to see if anyone else has had a similar problem?

Hi

Try moving the contents of the folder location below, to another temporary folder on you computer:

C:\Users\<User>\Documents\MAGIX\Movie Edit Pro Premium\ShopManager_Videodeluxe27_premium

- where <User> = your logon name and the number may be different depending on the version you have.

Then start the program, if all is well delete the moved files.
