hi error 14

im trying to reinstall magix pro edit on new computor. i deleted the previous computors from my list. still cant reactive it. its 2017 version with an update paid in 2019. in downloading from the link in my account product list. tried with the update serial number and the original serial number. still getting error 14. any clue what to do? tks in advance

Hi Yan.

Did you de-register the program at your Magix account first? You may need to do that before you can activate it on your new computer.

Error code -14 means that you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition.

Which version did you download? If MEP will allow you to run in trial mode - what is the version number as found under Help, About?
