error 14 on activation

purchased upgrade magix music maker 2021 premium from magix web site, will not let me activate upgrade comes up with error 14 even though this was the code that was emailed to me. as this was an upgrade i let it combine my last Music maker with the new. I now have no working Music Maker.

Error -14 during activation, generally means that you're putting a valid MAGIX serial number into the wrong MAGIX product or version/edition.

This may occur if you make a typo when entering the serial number - try copy and pasting the serial number from the email you received.

Hi, thanks for that, loaded it up last night and now by magic it is all working i was not putting wrong code in just would not authenticate now has.
