Error 24

I am not able to activate my downloaded app

keep getting error code 24

i bought my software from magix.com

and now I can’t even get help

so the serial number that is connected to my email does not work

i have my proof of purchase and my serial number

and I can’t get any help from magix.com

i have to come to a forum for help

The serial number is attach to my email

buy says already used

impossible because I just downloaded yesterday

@tiffany-thomas The serial number is listed in your user account at Magix.com? Have you checked you e-mail for typos?

Yes that’s the only serial number I know. And it gives me a 24. If magix can check who my serial number is Connected to because it is not connected to the account that it is attach too

Try sales@magix.net instead.

There should also be a direct link to magix support at your online magix account and in your original email receipt from Magix.
