Hi

If you are running a Windows OS and the program through Parallels this may be the cause of the issue.

The correct way to run a Windows program on an Intel based MAC is to use Bootcamp to enable the MAC to dual boot, with Windows installed on the second disc partition it creates and select which you want to use on boot up.
