The most common reason for seeing this error is because the Audio Sample Rateย of your interface (in your case the Realtek) does not match that of the video file you are trying to play. Usually, video files will have an audio sample rate of 48kHz and this is what your Realtek settings need to mirror. If your file is not 48kHz but something else, e.g., 44.1kHz or even a rarer one, like 32kHz, you will need to set the Realtek to this specific setting.

If the setting is not available for the Realtek you can use something like Handbrake to convert the audio from whatever it currently is to the more common 48kHz.
