Can't seem to activate and register online. Bought Vegas Movie Studio Suite 17 online, downloaded it, stuck in serial number and now get Error Code 14 message. There was a trial version installed previous (didn't realise at time, have since uninstalled it). How do I fix this problem? Do I just uninstall the whole suite and started again?? Or will I still get the same error message? Don't understand what the problem is!?
