Error code - 24

Error code - 24 appears when installing VEGAS PRO15. How do I know when I do not know my first email address?

VEGAS PRO15 can not be installed.

These are public forums, not Magix Support. You should NEVER post confidential information like your serial number and email address. Hence I have removed them.

Since your question refers to Vegas Pro 15 you should repost it to the dedicated Vegas forum here, making sure you do not include any confidential information like that in your post here.
