Serial number is showing as being already used by a different email address. This is an unopened product and no one has registered it previously

Hi and welcome to the forum.

As this is a user to user forum the only real options open to you are as follows:

If you purchased this from a reseller then you are going to have to contact that reseller.

if you purchased this product directly from Magix then what you will have to do is send an email to infoservice@magix.net

Make sure you include the order number and email address you used when you made you purchase.
