Error Code -24

When I try to register for Vegas Pro 14 it says that the key has already been used with another email. I have used the email that I originally entered to activate the product, is there any way I could recover it?

Vegas products have their own forum here.

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.

I would suggest you post your question there
