Hello I just re-installed my PC (windows 10) and I was trying to install my Vegas pro 15 again. But I keep getting error code -24

-The software worked fine when i first installed it (before i wiped my computer, obviously)
-I have no typo in the email
-I'm still using the same email address as before
-I removed my PC from the activated product list, so that shouldn't be an issue either
