Error Code 59 on Magix Video Pro X13

I've installed and re-installed Magix Video Pro X13 on a computer and keep getting an error code 59. Anybody got a solution please?

P.s. Prior to getting this far (error) I received two missing file warnings VCRuntime140_1.dll and MSVCP140_1.dll. I followed some other online solutions and copied those files from my c:\Program Files\WindowsApps directory and was able to load Magix as far as the error code.

Hi David.

A quick Google search puts the error code 59 down to DaVinci Resolve not working with various GPUs that can not use CUDA 11 or Open CL 451.82.

If it is anything else I can't find it.

Maybe someone else has a better idea.

Some of the Visual C++ packages are missing from your computer they must be installed not copied - see this Support article.
