no problems until latest update, which caused me to reinstall. made sure .NET and Visual c++ were up to date and i updated my computer. restarted 2 times still refuses to transfer files during installation
please someone help. I'm behind on some projects because of this randomness.
Yes yes I have . Like I said , I followed the normal process and haven’t had any problems up until latest update. Then it all just fell apart. Started freezing and crashing randomly during use and when I went to uninstall and reinstall, it start showing the message I posted above . I’m completely lost

You have obviously been visiting the forums since your purchase even though this is your first post.
When you first installed the update, what caused you to try re-installing the program again?
I think at this point you are going to have to give your complete computer specifications as well as the amount of free disc space left on your C: drive please before anyone here can offer further advice.
