Error in module

Hello. After starting Magix Video Pro X, the following message is displayed:

Error in module "nvwgf2umx.dll" (Load address: 0x00007FFE1DF30000) to address 0x00007FFE1E30681A (Exception 0xc0000005 "ACCESS_VIOLATION")

The program hangs. It happened just like in the Magix settings, I changed the default graphics card. Please help.

That seems to fit the ddl, error which points to a graphics card error. The card should be working. Check on the nvidia website that you have the latest driver for it.

If you have the latest driver then you need to report all the above information including which graphics card and driver version to Magix Directly rather than this forum where there are no Magix staff present. This is purely a user group.

To contact Magix, go to your Magix account where you registered your program and log in. Follow the contact Magix support information you find there until you get to a box that asks you to supply information.
