Hi

If you are having problems with MEP and Chrome then there is something wrong possibly with your Internet connection.

Can you upload to Youtube successfully using Firefox, Internet Explorer or Edge?

Try using the Youtube troubleshooter to eliminate some possibilites. If this fixes the issue with Chrome then MEP should also work.

If this does not fix the problem then we need more information:-

1. Computer specification - processor make/model, graphics card or chipset, RAM,  hard drive configuration, sizes and free space?     
       
2. Windows version and is it up to date?         
    
3. Is your Internet connection working OK other than not being able to upload to Youtube?

Also please read this post before replying and add any other information you think may be relevant eg any error messages etc.
