The error apear when I try to open or export a project, the program says that the activation code is invalid, but if I deactivate the product and then reactivate it, also reinstaling it there are no problem in the activation area, I check in the magix account and detects correctly the activation, so I have no idea what could be.

Can you please post either a screenshot of the error message or, if that is not possible, the exact, full wording of it? I suspect this is not an error of program activation but rather of codec activation. If it is, deactivating and reactivating, uninstalling and reinstalling the program will make no difference at all.

Since you have already checked the activation code in your account and it is correct the only other vaguely possible reason that I can think of for this error is that the version of MEP/MMS which you are running is NOT the one the activation code expects to see.
In this situation you really do need to follow the advice in that message and contact MAGIX customer service. You should email infoservice@magix.net, explain fully what you have done and the problem you are seeing and ask for their help in resolving it for you.
