Expansion package download error

I'm using Movie Edit Pro 2016 and all the updates are installed.
When I try to work on one of the files (MTS) I see the following message:
"An expansion package is needed in order to use this audio feature. Do you want to download the expansion package for free now?"
When I click the 'Download' button, I have to wait for a few seconds, but then it shows me the same message again. It doesn't matter how many times I click the 'Download' button, the program keeps showing me the same message and nothing happens.
What can I do about this?

Hi

When opening the program - try right clicking the (Program) .exe in windows and selecting "Run as Administrator".

I presume you checked that you were connected to the Internet.

No luck finding a solution for working with the MTS files :-(

Have you resolved this problem yet?
I have the same problem and have a support ticket open and they're working with me at the moment. So far I've tried reinstalling MEP Premium, updating again, checking internet options TLS settings, turning off antivirus and firewall.
None of this has worked so far. I hope there's a way around this problem or it's going to make the program useless to me.
