Certainly the current version of MEP Premium can export to mp4 UHD. I suspect the same version of MEP Plus will also have that facility, but possibly NOT the Basic version.

What is the exact version number of your MEP, check under Help>About? As far as I am aware, MEP Plus, current version, offers UHD Export (in mp4 format) as standard, i.e. no upgrade necessary.

Did you check the Display all box as shown below ?

Without doing this you only see a small selection of all the export options.
