Export video as MPEG-4 nothing happens (all other formats work).

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

When I go to select Export video as MPEG-4 nothing happens (all other formats work).

If I go across to Update MPEG-4 codec nothing happens.

When I try an online update my program Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus Version 7.5.3.2 is available. However once it's downloaded the installation is interrupted saying "following error has occured: This update is not suitable for your program language version! The installation will exit!

I'm at a bit of a loss as what to try next.

Hi

. . . . Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus Version 7.5.3.2 is available . . . .

We need more information - please read this topic and include the information requested there.

Movie Edit Pro 14 is a very old version (released 2008), and if you are using it on Windows 10 then you are likely to run into compatibility issues and the problem you are having may be one of them.

Hi John,

Thanks for the info greatly appreciated. Time flies I didn't realise it was that old. I think you are spot on with it being a compatibility issue.

Cheers Ben.
