Hi

We need more information as there are several possible causes if the issue you are having.

Please read this topic and comeback with details of your computer system, program full name and version and a MediaInfo analysis of the source video, post the results from the Text view of MediaInfo.

One immediate issue visible in the export dialog is that the framerate is incorrect, 27.9699 is not a valid framerate try changing this to 29.97.

My observation: Your screenshot of the film details in Windows Media Player indicates it reads the film as 25 fps, not 29,97/29.9699 as by the export.

Hi JohnEbaker and Shgrude

here are my latest results as per your instructions.

  • i have encountered a new problem when exporting the video in Mpg 4 ( done 3 times today, each time it took 3h30 mn to do the job) while the previous problem disappeared
  • the total lenght of the video should be 1h06mn50sec instead of 1h06mn54sec (see screenshot)
  • The music starts to play at 0.05 sec which is anormal.
  • the first video in yellow on top is framed at 29.97
  • the second in blue is framed at 25
  • the audio is set at 48khz and 256 kbits
  • I exported the video with 29.97 frames
  • i suspect the audio frequency being the cause of the unexpected 5 sec of silence at the begining of the video.

See screenchots attached

thank you for your help

Hi

It is apparent in the export dialog that the bitrate settings are very low for AVCHD video ie: Average 3759 Maximum 3921 and the audio bitrate is 256 .

Is there a reason why these are so low compared to the default settings of 20000, 24000 and 384?

We need the MediaInfo data on the ProShow video file.

You have obviously changed some parameters in the export template as John has indicated - do you still see the problem if you export using an unaltered Default template?

Which export preset in Proshow did you use?

BTW the detailed data, above is only part of it, in MediaInfo is from the Text view, which you can copy and paste into the comment box.

THANK YOU @JohnEB

Halleluya!!!!!!! IT WORKED !

My export was successful - see screenshot attached

however it took me 4 hours and 35 mn to render it

size is quiet big 6.08 G for 1.06.50 (not sure if youtube will accept such a size)

I was wondering if i could reduce the size of that video.

i believe i used the default presets with Proshow

will check with mediainfo the video

thank you again for your time

Hi Francis

. . . . not sure if youtube will accept such a size . . . .

That is good news - see here about file size limitation on Youtube.
