Tanya,

I am royally insulted. I tried to give you help, and I asked you for more details, but you only answered some of my questions. If you contact Magix, they will ask for even more detail, so please go right ahead. Go to Magix.com, Support, login and ask your questions. And then wait.

Did you even bother to look at anything in the manual?

This is a forum in which users try to help other users, but we can't do your part for you and as I said, we can't see your computer and we don't know exactly what you did, because you won't tell us.

Your information shows that you are using a North American format, NTSC with a European frame rate or something. Are you sure about 23.97 or 23.976, and that it's not 29.97? Are you in North America or Europe?

For the download, there would have been instructions that came with the program, either written or electronic, that would have indicated that there was more to download.

Go to the top menu, Help, Free download, check off everything and wait till it is all done. There may be requests for installation, accept everytime. It may take a couple of hours.

I guess I'm not going to get any help.

If you do, it won't be from me!

Not only are you downright rude to someone who is patiently trying to help you, but you're clearly too lazy to do anything to help yourself.

Like Terry and especially John who has given you excellent advice in your other thread, and having myself taken the trouble to answer your question about your Catooh code, (I am seriously considering deleting my response there) I think the very least you could do is to be grateful for what you have already been told.  The response to your original questions in many other web forums would have been "sort it out yourself", often expressed in rather more colourful language!

This is a very friendly, helpful and supportive community of fellow-users.  None of us is "paid" to offer help and advice, in our own time.

Hi

Go to the Youtube webite and locate their help files on which video formats and export settings to use.

Export the video and then use the Youtube uploader to put the video on to Youtube.

Also please answer the questions you are asked by members who reply to your posts.  Without the information it is very difficult for us to help you.  We cannot see what steps you are taking or messages that appear on your computer.

HTH

John
