The version is 14.0.0.160. The format is in mov. Under effects, there is art filter, in art filter there is an option called move and colorize. I found out exactly what wrong effects were added when my video exported. And it is colorize at 16, and move at 1.

You are missing 6 patches for MEP 2015, the last version is 14.0.0.187.
I would advise you update to the last patch - Help, Update online.
Note: the 14.0.0.187 patch will install a small program called Magix Connect - you can uninstall this after the patch is applied.
Check that you do not have any effects applied through the Effects, Movie settings option in particular the Color tab.
Using 14.0.0.187, I can barely see a difference between an original clip and one with the effect settings you specified - the Move set to 1 appears to cancel out the effect of Colorize set at 16 as you can see below.
