Exporting problem after windows 8.1 update

After updating windows 8.1 My program Magix Movie Edit Pro 15 wasnt able to open.

I had to unistall then reinstall the program.

Before exporting and editing

- I called in most of activation codes.

- I also checked for updates. It says it's updated.

I made a simple project and went to export a mpeg-4.

The video plays. The clips move normal then it freeze frames after the first edit, the sound plays normal.

Is there a way to fix this? Do I need to update something specific?  I could use some help. I'd really appreciate it.

Hi

. . . . Magix Movie Edit Pro 15 . . . .

If you mean MEP 15 - released 2009 - then this is not compatible with Windows 8.1 and an upgrade to a compatible version is necessary.

What is your computer specification ?
